Discuss representation

YOUR STARTING POINT

A clear first route into the market.

Assess product suitability, identify credible distribution or project channels, and agree a focused introduction plan before committing resources.

  • Product positioning and commercial readiness
  • Target distributor and importer profiles
  • Samples, documentation and launch priorities

Scope, commercial terms and introduced-account protection are agreed before introductions.

A deliberate process.
From fit to follow-through.

A staged approach keeps product suitability, expectations and commercial responsibilities clear. Select a stage to explore the work.

STAGE 01 — DISCOVERY

Begin with the product.
Then define the opportunity.

Review the range, target applications, production capability and Saudi objectives. Assess where the offer could fit and what evidence is needed before an introduction.

WHAT WE WORK THROUGH

  • Range, pricing position and sample availability
  • Capacity, lead times and export readiness
  • Priority customer types and geographic focus
OUTPUT

05 — GCC COMMERCIAL PARTNERS

Experience that
understands the product
and the conversation.

GCC Commercial Partners brings together around 15 years of tile-sector and building-materials experience, European sourcing and first-hand Middle East experience.

Our commercial background includes sourcing Spanish and Italian tiles for the UK, B2B sales and business development. That product understanding informs how we assess manufacturers, define opportunities and support buyer discussions.

Saudi Arabia is our primary focus, with wider GCC opportunities considered where there is a clear fit. Our role is to develop a workable commercial relationship between the manufacturer and the local partner.

01Product understanding
02Clear commercial terms
03Long-term account development

Independent by approach. Manufacturer relationships and any territory or distribution rights are defined individually by agreement.

06 — START A CONVERSATION

A product. A market.
A place to begin.

Tell us what you manufacture, what you need to source, or where you want to develop your business.

An initial discussion helps establish suitability, scope and the next practical step.

Before we speak.

What makes a manufacturer a suitable fit?

A defined product offer, consistent supply capability and willingness to support a Saudi market plan. We discuss pricing, capacity, lead times, samples and technical documentation before considering introductions.

How is a representation arrangement structured?

The scope, territory, responsibilities, commercial remuneration and introduced-account protection are agreed individually. The programme can include market development and ongoing account support, with review points agreed in advance.

Do you work with one manufacturer exclusively?

GCC Commercial Partners is independent. Each manufacturer relationship is assessed and defined by agreement, including any product, territory or exclusivity terms.

How are product and import requirements handled?

Requirements are reviewed for the specific product and sales route with the manufacturer, importer and relevant specialist advisers. Technical, certification and import responsibilities are established before progressing supply.
